Just a few minutes after Apollo 8’s second TV broadcast, Borman, Lovell, and Anders passed Earth’s  gravitational hill top and crossed into the Moon’s gravitational sphere of influence.

    You’re a fine example of how one person can create a lasting gift to humanity with nothing more than determination. By studying and collating a broad and transformative subject and creating a and narrative capable of engaging the minds of the many into other potential epic endeavors.

    Anyone else want to follow Mike’s lead? It would be hard. I think about it often. It would be worth the effort if the subject can be defined well enough.
